We stayed for a family vacation and had a great time. The hotel was in a great location at the end of the strip. It was clean and the hotel staff was great. The breakfast was crowded, but we always had plenty to eat and found places to sit at the pool. Note valet parking only and costs $27 per day. Also have a mandatory amenity fee of $10 per day.

Although it's not the fanciest hotel, with fairly small rooms and not super clean, it was a good deal. The free breakfast helped us save money to spend on other meals, and the location on the far end of Waikiki near the aquarium was also a plus, since the beach on that side seemed less crowded. They are now charging a $10/per night service though, which we didn't have to pay because we booked before that, but isn't really giving you a whole lot, except free DVD rentals. The lock on our door didn't work very well and our little fridge was so stinky, we couldn't even use it. The valet parking was quick and friendly though. Overall, it was pretty average, but it was a good price.

I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was right across from the beach and we felt very safe. There was plenty to do and everyone was very helpful. Excellent choice and I will stay again if we ever make the trip to Waikiki Beach.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The breakfast they offer has a wide variety from fruit to donuts to cereal. It's a lot of sweet stuff but it's free!! And we were able to get food after 7AM when other reviewers have said to get there early, they replenish often. We stayed in a Jr Suite and it was awesome!! It was our Honeymoon so we splurged a little but so worth it! The room was great size! And even though we could hear the service elevator working during the day we didn't hear it at night at all! This hotel is also within walking distance to almost everything!! We walked to the Zoo, the Aquarium, and far off in the other direction too!! The staff was super friendly, the hotel was clean, and it was perfect!! We will definitely think of the Aston for ALL future hotel arrangements!!
