We enjoyed the Hotel and all the imenties. Across the street from the beach, valet parking was great, only had to wait one time for car and only 5 minutes. Close to everything in Waikiki, within walking distance. Pool was convient, checking out towels to the beach was easy. I would recommend staying her.

I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience we had. The only problem was not realizing that Valet parking was the only option and the cost for that parking was not planned. The breakfasts were nice. The warm food could have been a little warmer for my liking, but overall it was okay. The view from the balcony to Waikiki was fantastic as was the view of Diamond Head from the entrance of our room. The staff was courteous and helpful and the Valet Captians were great. Easy walking distance to shopping and sights. The rooms were neat and clean and the overall apperance of the hotel was clean. Had a great time.

First off the service at this hotel is horrible, the taxi didn't know how to get in hotel, something that the nicer hotel have made easy. Once your in you don't know where to go because nobody is there to help, you literally will walk around with all your bags not knowing where to go. If your lucky you will make it up to the second floor where hotel lobby is. The room is clean and the hotel is across the street from Waikiki, but the lcd tv is useless, honestly why do these hotels have hd tvs and just broadcast in less than standard tv, picture is horrible. I am on my honeymoon and the hotel put me in a room with 2 full beds, they never asked me at check in what i preferred. The pool is so small its worthless, the hotel charges for everything wifi is 10 dollars a day, safe is 3 dollars, breakfast is only included for some rooms not others. For the money i recommend paying just a few dollars more to get a good quality hotel. I think this hotel must have a sweetheart deal with travel website because it pops up first when you do a search, will never use travel website or stay here ever again.

This trip was June 2008, and it was great. The hotel is a budget hotel, but for people who arent planning on spending a lot of time in the hotel, it worked well. The free breakfast was a big help, saving a lot of money while allowing you to take some snacks for later. The hotel itself isnt a first class resort, but it shouldnt be passed off as one. This hotel is perfect if you want a comfortable bed and are looking for a way to save some money. The room we stayed in was lower level, away from the tiki bar. It was quiet, and the bed is AMAZING. We have not slept that well for a week in a long time (Hawaiian sun might have helped some!). The tiki bar did have music often so i would recommend requesting a room away from the floors right above the tiki bar if you are worried about that. other than that I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all.

I will start with the not so good, then let you know the good. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the head valet, who we gave a tip. Then he showed us to the front desk, and had the bell boy take our luggage to our room (we gave him another tip), then we had requested a crib for our baby and it was delivered a few minutes after our luggage, and when we didn't instantly give the guy a tip, he basically stormed out, as we said thank you and his response was ""yeah."" A couple days later I was standing by the bell desk (they must not have seen me standing there) because a few employees were talking about guests they had just ""buttered up"" (sounded like plain customer service), by telling them about a restaurant, but the guest's ""hand just stayed in their pocket"" - so the employee was complaining about not receiving a tip. I realize tipping is a nice courtesy these days, but it just seemed like every time you turned around, the employees had their hands out wiating for a tip. Also, there is still noisy construction going on, so it interrupts a nice morning by the pool. Good: Live music every night, Starbucks downstairs, and the restaurant has good food.
