    Beautiful view, comfortable beds, clean rooms, what more could we ask for? Only once did we have to wait for the elevators and we found the location convenient to everything we wanted to do. Can't wait for our return trip!

    I wasn't expecting anything out of the ordinary, just a reasonably-priced hotel where we could catch our breath before and after our cruise. I was therefore agreeably surprised. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the included breakfast buffet was actually something I looked forward to, and the staff, from bell captain to reception to excursion desk were polite, competent and efficient. An especially nice touch was the free insulated boxes supplied so we could eat breakfast on the adjacent beach. The hotel's indoor/outdoor Bar and Grill, the Wiki, was the kind of place where I felt immediately at home, with a good selection of beer and mixed drinks and friendly, attentive and when necessary, unobtrusive staff. The nightly live music was also an unexpected bonus, with a variety of bands and styles. Hawaiian Reggae was certaiinly a new experience. All in all, the hotel exceeded our expectations and was excellent value. We would go back in a heartbeat. If this review sounds like it was written by a hotel employee, all I can say is I've stayed in good and bad hotels the world over, and I've never been shy about making my opinions known. I call 'em as I see 'em and this hotel was, for the price, one of the best.

    I took my niece to Hawaii as her graduation present. She loved the place as the decor was trendy and there was a Wolfgang pizza place on the first floor. I loved the Starbucks just around the corner. We were both happy with the arranagement!

    Across the street from beach, close to shopping and lots of places to go for entertainment. breakfast was good and they gave you a little cooler to take your food ...

    Across the street from beach, close to shopping and lots of places to go for entertainment. Breakfast was good and they gave you a little cooler to take your food to the beach. Rooms were a bit small but beds were comfortable. They let you print your airline boarding pass free. No free internet unless you went down to the pool area. Elevators took a long time, especially in morning during breakfast. Parking expensive but found a cheaper lot a few blocks away.
