There wasn't too much to complain about. The location was excellent. The rooms were clean. The only thing that was a little hard was the limited about space in the bathroom. No place to put your stuff. Otherwise, though I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It had a good atmosphere. Convenient location. The staff were helpful.

I liked everything about this hotel. The continental breakfast had a wonderful selection, the lounges around the pool were varied and all comfortable. While in the room, there wasn't noise from other rooms or the halls.

This was the best place. I took my grandchildren. It was great, the zoo was across the street. They could look out of the balcony and see the flamigo and peacocks. Good food resturants on the first floor,beach right accross the street. All of the staff was right on point. It was excellent.

I haad been to this hotel before& I love it the last time I went. But thies time they changed the breakfast. They ran out of food before I had a chance to eat any & some of the things on the buffet you had to pay for, I really didn't like that. Last time the staff was alot more welcoming & this time this staff was horrible. One of the bell boys or bell men actually gave me an attitude when he got my bags and told me that I was not going to make my flight at 7 because I was leaving to closeto time two hours ahead, he laughed in my face & didn't call me a cab my husband had to phone someone. & the greeters at the check in are not helpful at all. But other than that the view was nice & the hotel was nice too. But if I would have known my buisness would not have been appreciated I woulnd't have chosen this place. & you could only use free internet at the pool floor which was the second floor but not in your room
