We have stayed here on each of our trips and plan to stay again this summer. Staff are very friendly and always ready to help with anything you may need. Very close to beach and shops. Very good location. Love the decor.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night. The hotel lobby is very well done, recently renovated. Check-in was a breeze. The new hotel elevators are super confusing at first, but could prove to be a big perk once the bugs have been worked out and people understand how to use them. The hotel room itself was small and well-decorated. It had a wonderful ocean view, too! However, it smelled a lot like wet dog. I didn't encounter this in any of the other hotels on my trip, which is why I mention it in this review. Breakfast was included and we got the small cooler to eat it on the beach. The food and drinks were plentiful, but in an effort to maintain order, we were told to wait in line until others left the food area. We were still waiting in line 5 minutes later after about 15 people had taken their breakfasts elsewhere. I found this to be a pretty ineffective system and ended up just walking in to help myself. This hotel is a good value for your money, very safe, very close to the beach, but I'll stay elsewhere on my next visit.

I heard about this hotel from my friend. Price is good among Waikiki hotels and the place is wonderful, close to everything. The valley parking is $27 a day but apparently all of them are like that and the service (parking) was very good. The internet was $10 per 24 hours with cable. The breakfast was OK with a sweet live music and dance around the pool. I cannot say anything bad about it really. If I go again to Waikiki, I would probably chose the same hotel. K1

This hotel is very close to the beach which is a big plus. As well, walking distance to other hotels and restaurants/bars/clubs. It is somewhat dated and but if you find a great price for this place, it's well worth it. Plus, free breakfast each morning is awesome!! My only bad experience was when I burned my hand on a metal food warmer and I told one of the staff members to maybe put a sign there so that others will be warned. She gave me a blank stare and walked away. Also, when I checked in they weren't very friendly. Just wanted to get me through the register and on my way.

Our family traveled to Hawaii in January and stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. From the afternoon we arrived, all of the staff members were very kind and helpful. They answered all of the questions we asked and provided us with useful information and tips for planning our vacation. Our room had a small balcony and we were able to see Waikiki Beach. It was really awesome although it was just a partial view. Breakfast wasn’t luxurious but good enough, and we could take it to eat anywhere we wanted. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good. Also, the hotel’s location was very good. All of the transportation we needed stopped in front of the hotel and the hotel activity center was very helpful in making trip reservations. It’s not a grand hotel, but it’s a very well maintained value-oriented hotel that was very convenient and I definitely recommend staying.
