Loved the hotel and staff. We got off our cruise ship at 8am and were at hotel by 9am. They put our luggage in secure storage for us until our room was ready which only took 2 hours. Valet service was great for getting taxis. Public transit stops at the hotel. Free breakfast was just ok, just pastries and cereal. Security was great. Elevator system only works with room key. Enjoyable stay would stay again.Easy access to Waikiki beach.

I really love this hotel at the very beginning!!! If you are looking for something really close to all, this is it! Everything is close and just a walking distance and if you want to do some tour, inside the hotel, there is a front desk you can ask for reservation. I would definitely love to come back here next time!!! Best of all, we get free breakfast every morning!!!

Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and. Overall I was happy with the hotel for the amount we saved by statig there. The only negotives I found were that they say their is "Internet access in the room" but forgot to mention it was an ethernet cord, not a wifi. I have a iPad, not a laptop so I could not get Internet. The breakfast said it was until 9am, but they would not restock food after about 8. So if you did not get down there by 7, chances are your going to get whatever might be left. Overall we had a great trip, the location of the hotel was great. In walking distance to pretty much everything. :) I would stay here again.

I liked that the hotel was very close to the beach but I kind of wished it was closer to the international market. Also, the door lock to our room was hard to get into. We had to slide our card 5-10 times before our door would open. We changed the cards 3-4 times and it was still causing an issue which it was annoying. Breakfast was a plus. Nothing special, just donuts, muffins, bagels, fruit and cereal with cofee/juice/soda/milk. It sure beats spending $$ at a restaurant for breakfast. I would recommend this place if you are spending most of your day outside. Good value.
