Have stayed here 5 times now and it is always great. Wonderful room service. The food in all the restaurants are phenominal. The linins are great. Very clean. The staff is incredible. The pool area is sheer paradise. There is always parking available to self park or valet. The convienence of walking down a beautiful garden to Universal's Citywalk and Universal and Islands of adventure is nice. There is also the boat to take you back and forth. We stayed at club level on our last visit. That is really the way to go.

walking distance to the parks, and while very expensive, it saved us money on the Express Admission. Staying here got us the hour early admission to Harry Potter; without it, we'd never have gotten in because it was mobbed later in the day.

The hotel was beautiful. All staff were more than friendly. The walk to the parks was short and the benefit of unlimited front of the line access to rides was amazing. We shuttled to the hotel from the airport and even avoided the need for a car! The restaurants were good, the value for food ok. The room was nicely furnished and clean. We'd definitely stay here again.

We've stayed at quite a few Orlando area hotels and thought we would try Loews Royal Pacific. I'll start by saying the staff upon check-in was not very couteous and upon entering our room it was not what was expected of a Loew's property. The glasses in the room we're used and it wasn't very clean for the amount of money they charge. This is the type of property that we thought we wouldn't have to worry about any of this, but we we're wrong. We opted to check-in to another hotel after the first night, but were charged for 2 nights. I would hate to see this property when it was in seaeson, cause we stayed at probably their slowest weekend of the year.

Everywhere you look inside and outside this hotel is lush tropical beauty. The room was beautifully decorated. The pool is very large but we didn't use it. We had a short walk to the boats that dropped us off at City Walk. They run every 15 minutes or you can use a shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes. We used room service for 3 evening meals. Real orchids were used for decoration. The hotel staff were all cheerful and friendly. We ate at one of the 6 restaurants in the hotel for breakfast. We were able to share meals from room service & in the restaurant because of the large portion sizes. We did the same at the parks. Food is expensive, but everything was delicious. Staying onsite also gives you a Universal Express Pass. Lines were 5 to 15 minutes long using this pass. We splurged on a concert with the Blue Man Group, they were great!
