The staff at this hotel and the added services (early entry to Universal) and the Boat to the park made our stay in Orlando the smoothest and most pleasant family vacation we have every had. Movies by the Pool on Saturday night and the hula lessons /torch lighting were very entertaining. The hotel is clean and beautiful and the staff is very helpful and friendly. A++ for a family vacation to Universal.

Hotel was clean, nicely decorated, awesome pool, close to universal and had all amentities you'd expect. Only con is the rooms are not as large as I would have expected, however you dont spend much time in them because the resort is too nice not to explore! Staff was extremely friendly, Room, linens and Bathroom CLEAN. The water shuttle saved alot of walking. Very Conveinent!

Bad Customer Service
09/04/2010We booked five rooms for our staff to attend a meeting. even though we had confirmation reservation numbers for each staff, the hotel said they only had four rooms. only ...
We booked five rooms for our staff to attend a meeting. Even though we had confirmation reservation numbers for each staff, the hotel said they only had four rooms. Only after two hours on the phone and faxing the confirmation was the last staff member able to check in. We also paid for the rooms in advance but the hotel asked for a credit card from a staff member and charged their card even though the room was paid for. My assistant and I both complained to the manager. The manager said he was going to look into it and get back to us but he never did. It took two weeks and several calls to clear up the matter.
