The staff was friendly and very helpful, the room was quite comfortable, the pool was lovely, the restaurants were good, the lobby was attractive and comfortable. My only complaint was that the last morning we were there, housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:30 to see if they could clean the room, which woke us up. Also, the 'aloha' bit was weird.

We loved our hotel. It was everything and more than what we expected. The staff was attentive to our every need. One late night my daughter and I had a sweet tooth attack. We sent her husband downstairs to find a dessert . He tried to ordere a dessert and they were out of desserts. Less than 40 minutes later someone brought up a tray of not only what we wanted but other selections as well and complimentary. This was far beyond the call of duty. The housekeeper was excellent. There is nothing bad that we can say about the location or service. Free WiFi would be the only amenity missing. Highly recommend to families. The pool is very family friendly.

I recommend this hotel for travelers who are v isiting Universal Studios. The best ammenity is the express pass you recieve by staying in a Universal hotel. Just display your room key and go to the front of the line in the express lines for all the attractions in Universal Studios!! Can't tell you how great this is. The hotel has convenient water taxis that run every 15 minutes. The dock is located right outside entrance of both parks. This is nice after a long day in the parks. The hotel staff is pleasant and very helpful. Hotel was decorated nicely for the holidays. Lots of things for children and teens to do. Movies by the pool at night, ice cream by pool, the list goes on.. Highly recommend to travelers with children who do not like to wait in line. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about The Royal Pacific. We loved it!
