    charged for every amenity no coffee available in room took room service 45 minutes and 13$ to provide 2 cups of coffee +service charge and tip walk about 1/3 of mile to get coffee your self for $9.00 26th floor has a terrible hum from the transformers above it apparently all the time they did move us once we requested it.

    I stay at The Bellagio at least once a year. I come here for the opening round of the NCAA basketball tournament every March with friends. The sports book is great for watching games. The bartenders there are second to none! I always get a lakeview room, because I love the fountains. I do miss the Fontana bar, which has been replaced by a club that caters to a younger crowd.

    We made our reservations for only a 2 day stay... Lake side view. We arrive to check-in at about 1:15am,, they were super busy which is always to be expected in Vegas.. :-D Our turn comes and he looks up the reservation and says well I am sorry we already booked your room but the manager says to upgrade you, WOW I thought no hassels nothing and then it turned out to be the PENTHOUSE for 2 days!!!!!! No extra costs just what we paid. The room was lovely, view awesome and room service was great! There Spa is also the best, they make you feel like your a queen, we spent the rest of the day walking and going to shows. Thank you for no hassels and superior services!

    Upon check-in I was able to upgrade our room for no charge due to availability. The concierge worked overtime to make sure we got a table at a popular restaurant the night we checked in. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Bellagio is central to just about everything so that was nice too.
