Overall, the hotel is lovely and it's location is key to enjoying the "better" part of Las Vegas. What was not lovely was the cleanliness of the room. There was a giant stain in the middle of the carpet as well as on the chairs. The bathtub and shower were equally stained. I was frankly shocked by the uncleanliness of the room. I contacted the front desk and no remedy was offered at all. The carpet and furnishings remained stained for our entire stay. I paid way too much money for a "Deluxe", newly renovated room. I've seen better rooms at the Hilton. Next time around, we will try Caesar's Palace. The breakfast at The Buffet restaurant was wonderful. However, the dinner at The Bellagio Cafe was diner quality.

The hotel was nice. The lobby was quite busy during the day...lots of guests and people visiting. Check-IN was not too bad.. could have been a little faster.. but nothing extremely long. Tables in Casino had some higher limits than other hotels.. so we gambled across the street at Bally's and Planet Hollywood and did very little at the Bellagio. One negative.. no coffee pot in the room. And we saw people walking with coffee but my husband never found where it was being sold. Also.. our room was in the Spa Tower.. we could see the Paris hotel but did not have a view of the water feature of the Bellagio. I think it costs more for rooms with that view. It was good for the experience.. but, since we out and about a lot and gamble.. we will probably stay at a less expensive hotel with lower table limits the next time.. But, enjoyed and appreciated the experience of the Bellagio..

Had a great clean room with a large bathroom. I have no complaints, only praises for the room and bathroom. The no-smoking room elevators are segregated from the other floor, which is nice because you aren't generally riding with someone who is really smokey. The hotel is beautiful and the water show is amazing. Go have dinner either in one of the hotel's restaurants on the lake or go to the Eiffel Tower restaurant to view an amazing night time show. You will not regret staying at the Bellagio because you are right in the middle of the strip and staying in an amazing room.

This is supposed to be a luxury hotel. The refrigerator is crammed full of beverages they want to sell you and you can't even put a bottle of water in there. A refrigerator in the room should be for MY use--NOT THEIRS. There is no coffee maker, and we were charged an extra fee for wi-fi internet which we were not able to get the whole time we were there. Every time I called, they said if I would stay in my room for a couple of hours, they could come and check it out. I didn't go to Las Vegas to stay in my room! I believe the extra charges are unfair if you can't get the service they promise.
