I was first assigned a room adjacent to an elevator shaft. When I called the front desk and asked for assistance it took over an hour, but I was finally assigned a new room...that smelled like an ash tray. Another hour later I was finally in a suitable room. While when actually engaged with an employee all went well, the wait time to rectify the situation was simply to long for a hotel the caliber of the Bellagio, and to compound that being assigned a smoking room after the room adjacent to the elevator shaft was terrible. Once all that was resolved, the stay was enjoyable, but the first 2 hours were ROUGH!

Everything was beautiful, from the flowers in the lobby ceiling to the fresh flowers everywhere along the hallways to the pristine rooms. It was extremely comfortable and clean. The Bank, which is the night club, was great, except it closed earlier than advertised one of the nights we were there. The pool is beautiful and quiet, although I would have preferred more of a party atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this to people looking for a classy, relatively quiet place while visiting Sin City.

THE BELLAGIO IS A HOTEL WHICH I CAN RECOMMEND WITHOUT ANY RESERVATIONS. FROM THE MINUTE YOU WALK IN THE DOOR, YOU HAVE TO STEP BACK AND TAKE A BREATH OF AIR FOR IT'S BEAUTY. IT HAS EVERYTHING, FROM ITS HUGE FOYER AT THE RESERVATION AREA TO IT'S DANCING FOUNTAINS (A MUST SEE WHILE IN VEGAS). THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND THE SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE. SO, IF YOU ARE CONTEMPLATING A VEGAS VACATION, MAKE IT THE BELLAGIO.
