This was our first trip to Las Vegas. We thoroughly enjoyed the Bellagio. The fountain is incredible, there are many restaurants to choose from, lots of neat things to see, and the table games staff were very nice. Thanks for a great visit!

We enjoyed our stay at the Bellaggio very much. Although I wanted a view of the fountains and they wouldn't oblige we got room on the 16th floor overlooking pool that was very nice. Beware of there minibar which I was told by a friend was activated even if you just moved something in the refrigerator. I have a 2yr old so I needed to keep milk cold. I actually had to request they bring up a refrigerator because there was no free space in the one in the room where a 12 oz. Coke was $4. Luckily the hotel staff was nice enough not to charge for it as she said she would cite medical necessity.

  • Nothing special here.

Chose the Bellagio for my first trip to Vegas and will never stay there again. The only friendly staff members are those taking your money i.e.: table dealers and cocktail waitresses. It's not about what they can and cannot do for you, it's all about the personality of the people. Pool female bartender is extremely rude. Refuses to serve water to guests without ID, which is apparently Nevada law. The difference between good customer service and bad customer service is that she should've offered to send a cocktail waitress (who for some reason IS allowed to serve you when you don't have ID). She didn't. She told me I could either go in to get my ID or go in to get water my choice. Keep in mind, this was for WATER not LIQUOR. I didn't even find out about the cocktail waitress loophole until I located the pool manager who quickly offered to send her over. This trip was also an engagement surprise for me. :) Bellagio almost blew it. My fiancee had ordered the romance package with champagne, strawberries, rose petals, etc...They forgot to set it up. It made for a very stressful first day in my fiancees eyes having to sneak out of the room, call the front desk, and carry a large diamond in a pants pocket all over the strip while hoping it didn't get stolen or seen by me. When we came back to the room it was all there and wonderful. Well it was wonderful until the maid service didn't clean it up for our ENTIRE stay. Was I supposed to gather rose petals from the floor? I guess so. Maybe I should've asked for a broom? All-in-all the room was nice but you are forced to walk the length of the casino to get to guest room elevators. Don't let them fool you into thinking this is normal, many strip hotels, particularly the nice ones do not do this. There are also noise control issues. Our first night there was a Saturday. We could hear all the wackos partying it up in their rooms. I'm aware that it's Vegas, but in your own room you shouldn't be able to hear people talking. I admit I have high standards but there is a lot of competition on the strip. Bellagio is nothing special and should therefore compensate with killer customer service. It's just NOT there. Next time I will choose Wynn or Venetian or one of the other resorts. If you're having a hard time choosing cross off Bellagio. I can promise it's just not worth it.

  • Front desk staff is so rude it downgrades the Hotel itself!

I stayed at the Bellagio a couple of years ago for one night and enjoyed it immensely. This time--not at all once I had gone tete-to-tete with the Front Desk to get the room we had booked back in January 2012 for two beds in the room and non-smoking! The Clerk and her Manager REFUSED to accept the fact that we had already booked and PAID for a specific lakefront room! Took me over an HOUR to be moved to the proper room. Suffice it to say our vacation started 2 HOURS after we arrived at the Bellagio! Will I stay there again? NO!

  • Better than most of the other hotels.

Vegas was really gross and so many people were smoking and acting like fools. The Bellagio seemed to attract a different crowd and it was a little more upscale that the other hotels in the area. The food was great, although some lines for their restaurants were long if you went during peak hours. Most of the dealers were very nice and professional. The check in was pretty long but checking out was easy using the express check out option. I probably won't go back to Vegas but if I did I would definitely stay at the Bellagio again.
