Room was very nice, until I found beer cans and broken plastic on the floor. Our service in the cafe should not have taken 2 and half hours to be seated and order our food very por service.

I had a dreadful experience in Las Vegas all in all, but specifically regarding the Bellagio, I was deeply disappointed. I had always dreamed of staying at this hotel, and it just did not live up to expectation. I have osteoarthritis and was forced to wait in line for 45 minutes waiting for desk staff to check me in. They didn't have enough staff, and the staff they had were rude. I found someone's false eyelash in the bathroom when I checked in. It kind of creeped me out. The bed was great. Also, I was charged for bar goods that I never did use. Basically disliked my stay at the Bellagio. (If you do stay there, the cirque du solei show "O" is well worth the price. It was wonderful).

It's a very nice hotel with excellent rooms, etc. Has everything we've come to expect in high end Vegas strip hotels. However, I can get the same expectations met spending less on another hotel in same area. Unless you are a celebrity or high roller, you're still just 1 in several thousand staying in their hotel. For instance, we had a large round pool lounger reserved @ the pool. You either pay up for that extremely small area, or your in skid row @ their other pools swimming in much warmer water. It was kind of gross. So pay up if you want cleaner cooler feeling water.

First class all the way! This was my families first trip to Las Vegas so I wanted it to be the best, staying at the Bellagio was a great choice. Everything about the hotel was first class. Oustanding!
