I enjoyed my 50th birthday celebration at the Belliago with my daughter, sisters and girlfriends. We enjoyed our stay, but the rooms are dark. We needed more light and it was hard to figure out how to turn on the lights as well as the blinds. All by a remote all over the room. The casino was toooo smokey. We are non-smokers and couldn't take it. Glad the smoke didn't vent up to our rooms. Excellent view of the fountain.

I loved the hotel and location. The room and housekeeping were so nice and amazing. We had a little craziness when we tried to check in their computers where down and they delayed it for hours. Then the lobby was full of angry people wanting there rooms. I know it was an rare event, it was evident by how unprepared they were but none the less it put a damper on the start of are trip. But its hard to judge them on it.

This was the most amazing and beautiful hotel. My husband and I would not stay anywhere else. The Bellagio was comfortable and stylish, perfect fit for anyone. It is located in a great central area. When we were in the pool area it felt like any oasis.

Bellagio is attractive and exquisite but it is overrun by sightseers so there are crowds day and night. We had to wait for taxis (20-25 min), the buffet (3-4 hrs), or to speak with room service, housekeeping, and managers. Mostly we just gave up. We had to argue for a double bed that was requested in advance, they did not clean daily, only VIP customers get bath soap, and we were charged for services supposedly “included.” Bellagio is very expensive and very unfriendly. Stay elsewhere and just visit. If you need a "big" hotel and casino you would do a lot better at Caesar's, MGM, or Mandelay.
