    The romms and service were outstanding. the restaurants however are all extremely overpriced and overrated. stay at the bellagio but dine elsewhere!

    We stayed in a room facing the beautiful swimming pool but our view was spoiled by the sight of our pseudo balustrade coming off it's foundation. as everyone knows ...

    We stayed in a room facing the beautiful swimming pool but our view was spoiled by the sight of our pseudo balustrade coming off it's foundation. As everyone knows the stone railing is really made from Styrofoam. Unfortunately the glue that keeps it in place had dried and the railing became separated and stuck up in the air. It was a dramatic look if you like earthquake movies because that is what it looked like from our room, as though a good shaking had destroyed the railing. We took a photo on our phone and brought it to the attention of the management and their response was first, one of shock, (the poor woman thought it was made of stone) and then their prompt attention to remedy the balustrade by calling maintenance immediately and thirdly, the offer to relocate us showed that the staff at the Bellagio is customer oriented and well organized. We remained in our room and had a good story to tell our friends. Everything else was wonderful. We would love to return.

    My one "problem" and the reason there was not an excellent rating in every category was the front desk. it was chaotic, most times we tried to get help. instead ...

    My one "problem" and the reason there was not an excellent rating in every category was the front desk. It was chaotic, most times we tried to get help. Instead of helping the next patron in order, you had to stand in line and hope that your line mmoved quickly. Very dramatic difference as I passed the front desk at Caesar's---they have it down pat.
