Arrived a Bellagio @ 10pm Wed nite and waited for about 45 minutes to check in. Lots of people checking in and only 5 check in workers. Reserved a Deluxe room, King bed, non smoking, However told there were no non smoking room. Told if I didn't like the room, call after noon tomorrow for any available non smoking room. Finally got to room @ 1115pm, room smelled like someone just smoked a cig. Asthma started to kick in, called to complain about the room. Placed on hold and waited for 10 minutes before speaking to someone. Front desk found a deluxe room, 2 beds, non smoking for me. However, the room has handicap accessible. Decided to take it since I would have been miserable in a smoking floor. Room was like other but had a few problems, some ceiling light didn't work, tube TV, toilet not very sucre to floor (tips). Told room service about problems. I finally went home on Sun, 4 nites, the room's problem were not fix. I guess they decided to fix them after I was done with the room.

Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute that I was there. Room was clean and nicely decorated with all of the amenities that we wanted. The hotel was a wonderful escape from the hectic scene out on Las Vegas Blvd. Casino is spacious and very enjoyable with a low noise level and very little or no smell of cigarette smoke. When we got back, we immediatly started planning for our next visit to Las Vegas and the Belagio. Did have a bad experience with the Grey Lines shuttle bus. Got us from the airport to the hotel ok but when it was time to go back to the airport, the bus was 45 minutes late. Luckily we made our flight but next time we will forego the prepaid shuttle bus and take a cab.
