    Bellagio is the perfect place to stay for convenience to everything in Las Vegas. The rooms are luxurious, staff is friendly, and it's close to shopping and other sites. Having a view of the fountain from our room was an added delight! We never tired of walking through the conservatory and had fabulous meals at several different restaurants right there in the hotel. The spa was absolutely beautiful with an array of services and facilities.

    Everything was amazing about the stay .. price, service, loved the room. We also seen the O show and when we returned to our room there was smooth jazz playing on the TV and of course bed turned down and chocolates. Our only dissatisfaction was the used condom under the night stand. I was a bit hidden but as my husband put his house shoes away under the stand for bed he noticed this. So a bit better cleaning job by looking under things but would still stay here again. Amazing room and staff.

    I enjoyed every minute at The Bellagio, it made being in Vegas an ever lasting experience. My room was beautiful, clean & very cozy. The Casino was very classy, great employees which made me feel more welcome there. I'll always recommend this hotel casino to friends or anyone I meet.

    Although you will get a pretty good room price you will not get much more. Staff is swamped and unmoveable. They have no problems treating you like dirt. You will have to pay outrageous prices for simple things (yes even a diet soda). The casino floor was nice but do not expect to win much. You will have to go down the street to some of the other casinos to get better pay outs it seems. I would not recommend this hotel, you can really do much better.

    The Belagio Hotel lived up to it's reputation as a first class hotel from the standpoint of opulance and decor. However the staff treated my wife and I like common crooks. The first instance happpened when my wife was returning to our room on the first night of our stay. It was late at night and my wife was tired and just wanted to go to bed. When she walked to the elevator the security person was talking to someone and my wife hardly noticed her until she heard the security person yell for her to "get back here!" She was then asked in a confrontational tone for her room key. I can appreciate security, but in a hotel of this caliber I expect to be treated with respect. The second occurance was when we were returning to the hotel and were going to drop our car at valet parking at the rear entrance. I followed the car in front of me and accidently ended up in the taxi lane, so I pulled out and started to go to the valet parking area when a valet came speeding up in a SUV and cut me off. He jumped out and demanded to know if I was cutting through or going to valet. When I told him I was going to valet he didn't apologize or say anything for that matter, but got back in the SUV and drove up to the door. We chose the Belagio because I wanted to have some special moments with my wife. I did not expect the special moments to be of this nature.
