    We have stayed at the Bellagio for 4 years now and every time we come back we are surprised to find something new and exciting has been added to the already great service and surroundings.The hotel is not only in a very convenient location it is extremely well maintained and the amenities are great whether you just want to do nothing at the pool or have a amazing dinner / lunch.

    The hotel staff were super friendly and very helpful. We had an issue with a clogged drain in our shower the day we arrived. The front desk sent up a repairman who fixed the problem in only a few minutes. Todd English's Olives was very good, but I didn't think the food/service was good enough to justify the prices. The Bellagio is centrally located on the strip so it's just a short walk to most of the other casinos. The pools and pool drinks were fabulous! We'll be back!

    The front desk staff were wonderful but they did not have our promised reservation for a king-sized bed and instead gave us an "upgraded room" with 2 queen beds. ...

    The front desk staff were wonderful but they did not have our promised reservation for a king-sized bed and instead gave us an "upgraded room" with 2 queen beds. The beds were uncomfortable - not suited for 2 people - and the room had a view of the parking lot / main street. We were awakened (due to jet lag) by a loud banging on he door at 10:30 PM for turn-down service (we forgot to put on the do not disturb sign). When my husband went to the door, the maid was rude and said that "next time remember to use your sign - housekeeping works 24 hours here". She may have been right, but she could have been somewhat apologetic. The rest of the hotel staff were friendly and went out of their way to be pleasant but the hotel / restaurants /lounges definately cater to those who can afford the superior quality.

    The hotel, staff service, room quality, cleanliness and convenience to everything in the heart of Vegas was superb! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Vegas.

    We played and stayed at the Bellagio. All of the food was great, a little expensive but very good. We dinned at the Prime, outside with a view to the fountains and had a great meal. Had breakfast at the pool side, sweet, a must do. The Bellagio is the happening place for young and old.
