It was lovely hotel, more than anything the customer service was extraordinary. Everyone from room service, pool staff and check in to the bell desk and boutique employees made the extra effort. It was our first time in Vegas and we will be back, in large part due to our experience at the Bellagio. Also, Picasso was great!!

The Bellagio is a fantastic hotel for a romantic gettaway to Vegas. room was very clean and well decorated. Bed was quite comfortable and the staff was VERY attentive and seemed to be very service oriented. I took my lady to Vegas as a Christmas present in Dec 2010 and we had a wonderful time. Santana was amazing at the Hard Rock and the Fantasy Show at the Luxor is not only tastefully "adult" but also hilarious as well. The Bellagio's room service is good, though, like all Vegas hotels, WAY overpriced. But if you are too whipped from an all night party to get outta bed....they do make a good breakfast. I am handicapped and require a wheelchair for mobility and the hotel staff was happy to provide one for me. For Gambling however....do yourself a favor....stay away from their slot video machines as, after loosing my bankroll a little too quickly over our 3-day stay, it became obvious they have VERY few 98% pay machines. Probably averaging around the 88%-92% range floor wide. If you decide to play here, stick with BlackJack. I did notice that their video poker machines seemed to keep me even over the long term playing. As always, you dink free in Vegas while playing, so if staying buzzed is your thing, you'll enjoy the Bellagio. Also...call ahead of time to review any special events that might be going on during your stay. The Bellagio Buffet up's their price from $25 per person up to $50 per person during high traffic days.....for the same food. I will say, the all you can eat King Crab legs are awesome!

It was a magnificent hotel with fantastic rooms. I particularly liked that the shower was separate from the tub. The casino was really nice. Even though there is smoking allowed, you don't smell like an ashtray when you are done for the night. That made me very pleased as I am a non smoker. The fountain show is beautiful as ever. Don't miss the night show. The lights add an extra something!

Overall enjoyed our stay, after visiting most every other hotel on strip this hotel by far was the nicest with the best location ~ The room was nicely appointed, the cleaning staff was excellent, and the casino was beautiful. Soft music played throughout which was a nice welcome compared to loud obnoxious music played at many of the other casinos. Grounds are beautiful and well kept. The botanical gardens were beautiful. The hotel is immaculate and gorgeous. The spa was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is no coffee maker provided in room. Had to stand in a line of 20 plus people each morning at the gellato shop near the lobby to buy coffee. Cafe was a dissapointment, we ate there three different times and each time food was terrible. The buffet was ok but definately overpriced. I would not go back to either. 0 Cirque de Soleil show at the Bellagio was overpriced. Performers were good and I appreciate their amazing talent but the" story line" was bizarre and boredom with it all set in 3/4 of the way through the show wondering when it would end. We were seated center stage row G which was 7 rows from stage. excellent seating, however I would definately not see it again but look forward to seeing other Cirque shows instead.
