    We had a great time at the Bellagio. Comfortable and spacious room with a great view of the fountain show. The only negatives involved check-in. A very long wait for a room. Others in other lines who requested the same type rooms we had requested were given their keys and while we waited. After we finally received our room keys we went to a room that smelled obviously of recent heavy smoking, although the entire building was supposed to be smoke free. However the Bellagio came through quickly and we received another room. They also waived the resort fee because of the long check in wait. Overall I would definitely stay a the Bellagio again.

    I enjoyed the trip. The travel was fine. I did not feel the Belagio catered to their guests. They do not provide shuttle service to the Airport or from the Airport. It cost me a lot of money in cab fare. The traffic was so heavy each time you needed to be somewhere, like a show or the airport the cost was high. They could care less about you only about filling the rooms. After that you are on your own. I Have stayed at the Flamingo twice before this trip. I was very happy there. Wanted to try somewhere else, I would go back to the Flamingo.

    This was my trip to Vegas and I was blown away by the Bellagio. We arrived at 8:30am which checking-in was at 3 and they had. Room ready for us by 10:30am and stored our bags for us so we could walk around. Food was good, pricey, but it is everywhere, the hotel is stunning, the location is prime, and the pool was beautiful. My only complaint is that we could hear people outside our room, but it certainly didn't disturb us. Loved the hotel!

    It was our first trip to Vagas. It was a great vacation when you stay in the best hotel. Although in my opinion as a property Inspector the hotel was perfect in general still there were some week points which i will list them and hope they will improve these week points. 1- We arrived after midnight, they placed us in a room of 26th floor. up on entering to the room we noticed a laud humming noise cumming from ceiling i called and they send the engineer, i been told the noise is cumming from the electrical transformer located upper floor. so, we ask for room change since no room was available they send us to 8th floor to a temporary room till our room be available for us on following day. finally the placed us in 20th floor. 2- the Wi Fi internet was down almost no signal. called in but they couldn't help. we barely had internet some hours when we paid for it. 3- At checking out, they put a long list of beverage from mini bar when we only we had a $75 credit (for first night room problem) and never used that many item from mini bar. but since we move three times during 4 night staying in this hotel. all other usage from the first night of room in 20th was added to our bill. The person at check out desk didn't accept and there was a long line up behind me and would take so long to ask for manager, so i paid for the difference. i hope next time i wont see this situation or i will choose other hotel.
