The hotel staff were very hospitable, the rooms were very comfortable--we especially liked the separate couch and tv area away from the bed. The complimentary breakfasts had a nice range of options, and offered a nice dining experience. The pool and whirlpool were a bonus. Will definitely return for another stay when visiting Charlotte.
