  Truly a world class hotel. Old world charm, modern convienences. Centrally located with a very professional staff and more than adequate amenities. Try it during CU college breaks when the prices go way down. I love this place.

  My husband's family is from Boulder, and various family members that still visit always use the Boulderado. Its a beautiful historic hotel in the downtown area. You can walk to everything-- shopping, restaurants, hiking. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We have stayed at St. Julien which is also downtown and is excellent, but it is very modern and new, you feel like you are in any major city staying there. The Boulderado is really one for people who prefer a historic experience, and because of its history, you really feel like you are in Colorado, and not just anywhere.

  As others have mentioned the walk to the room was a bit much up stairs through walkway up more stairs but the rest of the hotel was beautiful and the staff was excellent. Being on block off the Pearl Street Mall was nice as so much life and ammenities are there. A nice place to stay for the night.
