We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay! we felt comfortable..the hotel was immaculate the staff was wonderful! The room was excellent! In a good location..exceeded all of our needs! we will return to this hotel the next time we are in this area!

This Hotel is "tired" and needs renevation. Definetly not 4-star quality.

Bad restaurant. Poor service, poor quality food. Went in for lunch at 1:10pm, only 2 women, and my party of six. Had to seat ourselves, waited 15 min. for a waiter to show up. ordered simple sandwiches, and waited almost 45min for food to come out. Waiter was no where in sight. I went into the kitchen, and the waiter told me that they don't concentrate on lunch after 1pm, they were busy with the pool bar crowd, and that's where we should have went or ordered room service. Inexcusable! Rooms are kept poorly, and in dire need of renevation. Dust on top of counter tops, box where coffee and tea is stored. Bathroom had no blow dryer. Found it the last day there in back of the clothing closet with an extra roll of toilet paper. Hope you don't have too many of these hotels as 4-star, cause they're not!!!

I would never stay at this property again, poorly run, no manager on duty overnight on the weekends, rooms have been poorly renovated, room service keeps erratic hours, more like a Fairfield than a Renaissance. Requested my leaking sink to be fixed, it wasn't. Had a do not disturb on my door but was still called by management because they had mishandled my reservation. Was told after that, because I had my do not disturb on my door during the day that housekeeping would not have called, left a message or a note. Tried to get clean sheets after 10:30 pm, not possible, housekeeping items are kept under lock and key and overnight staff has no access. There are some fantastic Renaissance properties, this is not one of them.

This is a regular good hotel, we lot of spaces for meetings, nice room and pool area, only 2 computers in business center(one broken), very good gym, free morning coffee and afternoon lemonade with cookies.
