We stayed here for 2 weeks in July 2009 it was very clean and the continental breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable. The pool was enjoyable the only thing was negative was that the room was very hot and clorine smell was strong. The staff was very helpful. We will definately stay here again.

One of the cheapest places to stay for a good hotel on Saturday night. It is about 5 miles East of Downtown Reno. Fairfield Inn had a nice, friendly, staff. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Hotel room was clean, but a tad small. Great breakfast continental breakfast (make your own waffles, cereal, etc.) subtracted room rate by 10 bucks (most restaurant breakfast will run you this much with tip these days). Nice workout room, decent pool. Only complaint was location near I-80. I was on reverse side of I-80 but still heard road noise (but I am kinda of noise intolerant). All in all a good place to stay

We stayed here last minute and would stay here again. The room was comfortable, clean, roomy enough for 2. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in (and I've slept in a lot of hotel beds over the years). The staff was professional. We had to call housekeeping twice and both times they responded promptly and fixed the problem immediately. The free breakfast was decent. It had your usual continental items plus a waffle maker with strawberries and whipped cream, heat and eat egg/biscuit/bacon or sausage sandwiches. The business area was always open and easy to check email/internet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Sparks area.
