- Open daily from 5:30am - 8:00pm. Drift Spa and/or Drift Spas Fitness Center is NOT included. Shuttle service to and from Fashion Show Mall
- Available daily from 11:00am - 8:00pm, every hour on the hour
- Departs from Palms main entrance. Daily USA Today newspaper available for guest pick-up at the Front Desk and Bell Desk
- Unlimited local and toll-free calls within the U.S.
- Printing of boarding passes at the Front Desk and Concierge
- Printing copies and faxes at the Front Desk and Concierge
- Excludes color copies and large print jobs
- An incidental deposit for standard rooms and suites has been reduced from 100 per day to 50 per day.

My first time visiting the hotel.Pretty nice and clean hotel,excellent staff, comfortable and beautiful. I had a very good experience at the hotel.I went with my son and we really enjoyed staying there.the staff were very helpful ( especially Desiree at front desk),she was awesome.

The pool has great party vib every day of the week. They have three night clubs that give hotel guest priorty acesss. The casino had a verity of games. they have a couple of fine dinin dinning restaurants, a buffet, casual, and a food court.. Also had a great supports book.

No 4 Star hotel that I have ever been the guest of , has forced me to stand in line and be searched before entering the pool area. I also have never had to throw away mints and a $4.50 water bottle just purchased in the lobby. As a small business owner and restaurant executive of 20 years , we understand the revenue generated by the events held at the Palms, but feel some consideration should be given to hotel guests. We will not be returning to The Palms on our next trip to Las Vegas.

I'm not sure I received the room I booked. I booked a doubel queen bed superior guest room. If that was a Superior Guest Room I probably would have checked out of the hotel for anything less. There was wireless internet but that was $20/day. If this was my only experience in Vegas I'd never go back but I've been no less than 8 times & this was the worst Casino/Hotel I've been in so far.
