  I realize the building is very old, but the first room we were given wasn't even as big as a closet. the carpet was so worn it had holes ...

  I realize the building is very old, but the first room we were given wasn't even as big as a closet. The carpet was so worn it had holes in it. The bathroom was so small we couldn't turn around. We complained and were put in the ""best"" room, which wasn't any better! There was no curtain on the shower. The bedding looked ancient, stains on the headboard of the bed. The room smelled moldy. The paper was peeling on the walls. Holes in the carpet. Doors that didn't shut and a deadbolt that had to be wiggled to make it work. It was supposed to be a 3 night stay, we left as soon as we could the next morning to find more suitable accomodations. We have stayed in other Best Westerns in the same area, within a few blocks, and had very satisfactory accomodations. This one was terrible.

  The place is fine, it is just that you can hear your neighbor talking even though they are just whispering. i think they have to do something for the walls ...

  The place is fine, it is just that you can hear your neighbor talking even though they are just whispering. I think they have to do something for the walls to make it more discreet. Plus, the mades and other people just opening the door without even knocking,...worst it happened for 5 days!
