If you’re a first time visitor to L.A., I would recommend this hotel. The décor is modern but not stiff, and the rooms are quite large for the price. I had a wonderful view of L.A. and Hollywood. As I am born and raised in L.A., these amenities were not high on my priority list; however, first time visitors will appreciate the view. The bed was very comfortable and large, and the big screen TV was appreciated. The hotel is situated in the heart of the entire goings on in Hollywood, and easy to get to the Metro, restaurants, and next door to the (used to be Kodak) shopping center/mall. I enjoyed the new Rolling Stone restaurant, because they had live music, in a lovely patio setting. The hotel pool however was only 4 ft. deep, (good for kids) and the pool bar closed at 5:30. Other than that, the hotel is lovely, and I would stay there again.

This hotel is centrally located for all Hollywood sightseeing!! We could see the Hollywood sign from our hotel room! It's also right next to a great mall! The room was a nice size and the pool was great!

Only negative; room was not ready at 5:30 when I arrived. Otherwise, the staff was accomodating, responsive and friendly. The room was nice, the bed very comfortable. The hotel itself is located right at Holloywood/Highland Center and is literally within steps of anything you could want, hollywood-wise. Minibar is quirky; although there is a place set aside for "your stuff", the mini bar is set to debit according to weight and this caused some erroneous charges on the room account that staff readily fixed at checkout.

i have stay in many 5 star hotel but hands down this is the most friendliest and professional staff i have ever been around with..me and my 2 boys went for my son Joel 's High School senior graduation trip and had a blast ,everything was so near by compare to other hotels we saw..also it made more incredible when you have stars staying at the same hotel you are such as Floyd Mayweather Jr. .The mall in attached to this hotel,"Beso" which is Eva Longoria's restaurant is also near by great food..thousands of thanks to you all at Renaissance Hollywood Hotel and Spa.
