I would not say this hotel stands up to the 4 star rating. However, the bartender, the maintenance man and the shuttle driver made up for the disappointment we had with this hotel. It is in a pretty good location and these folks made our stay better.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful from the beginning when I called to request a room preference. Each time I passed through the lobby I was promptly greeted by multiple members of the staff. Room and common areas were very clean and quiet.

I have a tempurpedic mattress at home so I am pretty spoiled on a bed. Overall, the Hotel was your average Marriott, which is great. But, better than average service. I do hate that they charge for Wi-fi.
