I went on a tour of the Great Wall through the hotel. It was a great tour. I would do it again and recommend to friends & family. The hotel was in walking distance to a small mall, gift stores, several restaurants and Tian'an Men Square
Hotel and staff were outstanding. good location for restaurants and points of interest.

This hotel had excellent service. Good location. Rooms were clean. We were put on the smoking floor, as non- smokers we did not smell it in our room. 2 complimentary waters for everyday. We stayed there for 1 week and was always glad to come back to a clean room. Concierge were very helpful, helped me to try and book a flight to Xian to see terra cotta warriors, he got low flight rates, and made calls to a local travel agency. One night at abou 11:30, one of our friends staying in another room accidentally kicked her pinky toe on the door, we called front desk for assistants for some first aid, they did not have big bandages for the large cut, so they sent one of their employees to buy ointment, bandage gauze, and tape. He came back on a timely manner. I can say nothing bad about this hotel. Breakfast buffet was affordable and convienient, but didn't change very much from day to day, so maybe good to eat there some of the days. Would like to see hotel offer free internet service, instead of having to purchase internet use by minutes. Overall an excellent hotel, I would stay here again. By the way, i think all beds in china hotels are hard, but I slept well. Laundry service was pricey.

The hotel was nice,. it had everything we needed. It even has a bowling alley. Everyone was very helpful. The interent is only free for the first 5 minutes but the price for extra minutes were not bad. I would stay there again. The soda was expensive. That was the worst thing about the hotel.
