This hotel is very close to the lake, a shopping complex and a couple blocks from the central downtown area. The hotel decor is a simple chic style complete with a nice coffee shop - Starbucks! The restaurant food was delicious and there is a nice quiet bar with large windows. There is a large indoor pool which was clean and it provided guests with towels (they felt heated) already placed in the poolside chairs. My room was above average but a bit smaller than most which was not a problem at all. It was clean and comfortable. TV was good and the desk was a nice size. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Even though the hotel was busy that day - St. Patrick's Day, we got checked in quickly and was able to obtain the luggage cart when we needed it. The hotel shuttle was a nice surprise as well as the scrumptious cookie they presented us at check-in! I have stayed there before under a different hotel name but this was the best experience to date!

This hotel was very close to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the lake, and to the arena where we went for a concert. It was only a couple of blocks' drive to the arena and the casino. It was very easy driving around the city and easy to get back to the hotel. The room was very comfortable, but in the bathroom we could hear the people talking in the next room. Older rooms but very nice.

Very happy with hotel and staff. Shuttle service was a definite plus as they were available to take you anywhere in the downtown area. The only problem we had was we were not always able to contact them when we were ready to be picked up. All in all though a very good stay if you wanted to go to sporting events.
