Our room had a beautiful view. Hotel has a great spa as well. The staff was very helpful. Actually we left jewelry in the safe and the hotel mailed it to us in California! I would recommend this hotel!

the hotel has a prime location. good and friendly staff. rooms are clean, big bathrooms. separate shower. all the rooms face the ocean. pick up and drop off for excursions is at 5 mins walk from the hotel. there is ihop, mcdonalds, grocery store and shopping centre near by. restaurants on property dont have many choice. the hotel is interior is old fashioned. hotel needs to upgrade its TV's , Restaurants and the SPA .. the hotel is very Japanese. however the staff is great. menu items are pricy. i never ate at the hotel. there are several restuarants near by. no need to rent a car, hotel is located in proper down town honolulu. public transportaion is available through the day. hotel offers complimemtry beach hotels. thats about it. they charge for microwaves. this hotel has no guest self service laundry.

This hotel is amazing! The area is perfect. It is walking distance to the Ala Moana shopping center along with the Ala Moana park and beach. If you would like to get to Waikiki, they have a shuttle. This makes it very convenient. Personally, it was a perfect choice because it was in a secluded area when you want to relax and you are not too far when you want to be around a lot of people. The staff was very accommodating to my needs and the view from my room was amazing. I'm definitely coming back.

Great stay. Well priced for a 4 star hotel. Clean rooms, great service. Stayed for one week, was close enough to waikiki beach to walk to, yet far enough to avoid the noise. Also had convenient shuttle service but didn't need to use it much since had a car rental the whole time (reasonable covered garage rate at 15/night). Only down side: pool hours aren't that great and gym is very small. Plan to stay there again had overall great time.
