The Ritz Carlton South Beach , Miami is a magnificent hotel. I would definitely stay again and more than one night. I felt like a princess and very spoiled to be in such a nice room, the comforts and services were terrific. Please, do yourself a favor and stay sometime, you will not regret it!

We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. The service was EXCELLENT!! Upon check in we were upgraded to a beautiful and very spacious suite. We had only booked the basic room. We went in off season so I am sure this was a factor with us getting the free upgrade. Very beautiful, great location, wonderful service. I hope to stay here again!!

The staff is wonderful and attentive. The cafe restaurant is fantastic. We had lunch there every day! The beach crew is terrific at remembering who you are, showing up to take drink and food orders at the right time and holding your favorite spot near the ocean. The concierge staff recommended fantastic places to go, see and made terrific dinner reservations for us. The only thing that disappointed me was that the rooms were not quite as beautiful and elegant as I expected (based on stays at other Ritz Hotels). But, the bathroom was recently updated and very nice! Also, the key pass didn't always work in the elevators and that was a bit frustrating. Finally, I love the fresh flower arrangements all over the hotel. But, I wish the vanilla scented pot pourri or candles weren't quite so fragrant.

I went down to south beach for a college reunion ok just to escape from the family for a weekend, but my college friends did tag along. We all had a blast! Every thing was done just right from the moment of check in to the moment we checked out. I have stayed at some of the nicest hotels around the world and I must say this one was definitely on par. My only complaint was that we had a view of the outside air-conditioner, but no biggie I was hardly in the room any way. The staff was very friendly food was excellent and the drinks were cold. I do suggest that if you do decide to get a sauced at the lobby bar break out your Amex platinum card because it going to cost $$$$$$$$. If your going to stay in south beach try the Ritz out I think you will have a good time
