Great staff. None of our questions too dumb. Great location: I block from trolly & bus. 5 good resturants within 2 blocks. Always a taxi in front. Food in hotel resturants great but pricey. Forgot & left valuable in room, all there when we returned. They have 'Hotel Inclusive Policy' (tip for staff?) but still left tip for great housekeeper.

  • The staff here is incredible!

From the minute we stepped into the Seaport, I was impressed. It had a beautiful decor with fresh orchids everywhere. One of the best things about the hotel was the staff. They were so nice, very helpful and ever so patient (we had a lot of questions for them haha). Overall, great stay and I would recommend to anyone visiting Boston.

  • Lock up EVERYTHING!!!!

Upon arriving to the Hotel, I was very impressed. When we entered the lobby a man in a blue shirt immediatly took my two children to the"Toy Chest", they were so happy with some free toys. Check in was a breeze and the room was outstanding. Free fast Wifi, large room, comfortable beds, and a nice view of the harbor. The first two nights were flawless. The last night after returning from a day out on the town, I decided to order some room service (Ice Cream) for the family. It arrived quickly and the portions were quite large. I then decided to fill up my large glass I purchased from a local pub/resturant to enjoy a drink before bed. The only problem was the glass was no were to be found. I searched the entire room, even though I left it on the desk of the room. The person that "Cleaned" my room decided to help them self to my glass. I called the front desk and spoke with a manager regarding the stolen glass. She asked me if I would accept a $10 credit and then I could go buy the glass again . I replied that I want my glass back and want to know if an employee stealing was acceptable behavior. The manager immediatly replied I don't think anyone stole anything and that she would see what she could do. I waited and waited for a return call, with the solution to my problem but it did not come. I then called back down to the manager to ask if she had a soultion. She transfered me to the Housekeeping manager Mark. He apologized and said he would go buy the glass for me. When I asked him if it was acceptable behavior for an employee to steal from a customer. He too became defensive and stated "No one has ever stolen in this hotel". Um yes Mark they did last night and probably before because you don't disipline them, and automaticly take the employees side. Some of you may think it was only a glass, and that is true but it is mine and not the housekeepers. My advise to you if you choose to stay at this hotel Lock up everything you want to keep, or you may run into the same problem as I did. Stealing from customers is not ok Mark. We dont steal from hotels and you should not steal from us.

I brought my daughter (19) for a week in Boston. We had a great time. We walked everywhere we could. There was a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and also a complementary shuttle to the north end of Boston. There were quite a few restaurants which was nice when we didn't want go far for dinner. The hotel staff and room were perfect.

  • This hotel was top notch in every way.

The service was excellent. They looked for ways to make our stay better every way they could. Betty at the concierge desk was phenomenal! I am so happy we stayed by the Seaport (at the Seaport) and got to enjoy this area of Boston as well.
