GOT THERE AT 2PM AND WANTED TO LAY DOWN FOR A FEW MINS. I GUESS THE MAIDS WERE ON MY FLOOR AND MAKING ALL KIND ON NOISE SO I DIDNT GET TO TAKE A NAP OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE .

This place was fine, clean, people were really nice. But, the food was gross, the pool was cold and not great swimming for kids. It was missing charm. I also stayed at the Taj and for my money, that was a much better deal- better location, better service, better atmosphere, quieter.

This hotel was awesome. Keurig coffee maker in room as well as a refridgerator (concealed in furniture cabinet). Smart, flatty tv (dimmed when all the lights were off in the room allowing for more comfortable viewing in the dark). Free HBO, and Wi-Fi. Plenty of outlets. We had two double beds, and the room also had two chairs, as well as another chair at the big desk . Full length mirror on the inside of the closet door. Complimentary copy of USA Today every morning at the door. The room had it's own doorbell, too. A safe was located in the closet. The subway station was located behind the hotel making very easy access to get around the entire city as well as surrounding communities. Very safe feeling in the area. The entire area was quite clean with a great view of the Harbor. My family and I would definitely stay there again.

Athough not in the center of the city, this is not a bad location for the financial market, or other locations near the seaport. One of the pleasant surprises was a strong "no tipping" culture.
