We were told on the sight that high speed internet was in each room but upon check in was told that high speed internet was only available in the lobby. We were also told on the sight that a refrigerator would be in the room- but they did not have them in the room. The location was superb though- close enough for walking to local attractions. I have never been in any city that charged $45 plus tax for parking for one day. Thank heaven we only stayed one night as that is extremely high. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast was nice. Noise in the hotel was ok but our room was near the elevator so there was a lot of noise near us at night.

This is my second trips to SFO. First time to stay in Holliday Inn Express Fisherman's Whraf. This hotel provides warm service. The staffs are always full of smile on their faces. Every morning good and hot break-first is always served before you start the program of a day. It is so close to hot spot in Fisherman's Wharf.

The hotel is in a nice location, close to the wharf, and some great non-touristy bars/restaurants. We found the room to be a bit dull, and the bed to be not so comfy, but I like a soft bed, and we only went there to sleep. Even though it's much further away from downtown attractions, it's right by streetcar and trolley access, always a cab outside waiting, and honestly our feet took us much farther than we thought they would. Would definitely stay here again.
