The spa and sauna were the highlight of our stay. We never left the hotel! The food was very good and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway.

Upon approach, the hotel seemed to be out of sinc with this old southern city, as though the planners were trying too hard. Oh, well... Parking rather tricky. Paid for parking when it was totally unnecessary. Interesting zen-like lobby, spacious room, horrifically slow service in the over-priced on-site restaurant.

great room great location
11/15/2011We had a wonderful stay here and although not right in middle of downtown it was an easy enjoyable walk. bed was fantastic as was water pressure in shower.

Nice property, easy to find, and accessible to the major roads running through the center of downtown. The bed was REALLY comfortable. My only dislike was having to pay for parking.

My only disappointment was in the visitor guide it states the hotel has airport connection which it does NOT. This was a part of my decision to stay there. (My other choice did have it.) When I called the hotel the night before we left to check on what to do I was told they didn't have it. The employee gave me a number to call only to find out it wasn't even for Chattanooga area. It was for Atlanta/Nashville area. He told me I would need to call a taxi for that area. This was upsetting to my sister and I to find this out. We both did feel it would be a good idea if the hotel had a schedule and bus route available for the guests.
