We had to change three different rooms due to extremely old fashioned TV without closed captioned. This hotel needs to change all TVs with all accessibilities for any people of any disabilities.

The hotel made made our stay amost pleasant experience.
02/03/2011Our short stay was enhanced by the pleasant demeanor and efficiency of all the employees. if we made a request, it was attended to as quickly as possible.

This is nothing more than a motel6. They do have nice facilities, but they tell you they are all full up and send you to the ""motel"" portion of their hotel. Its hard to describe unless you've been there, but trust me, you dont want to find out. Stat at the Double Tree and enjoy a much nicer night sleep.

First of all, this is not an ""inn"", it is a motel. Very old decor inside and out had to move once because of noisy location. It is in a very convenient location. Manager did give me excellent directions. I was very disappointed since this area is so nice.
