  Having dealt with two snotty desk personnel when asked if we could upgrade at the same rate or recieve a reduced rate due to a quiet looking weekend as this was our past experience, we always had very friendly and accomodating staff who offered the upgrades, we never had to ask previously. These two staff members were horrible to deal with, they were smirking and giggling at us, we received an upgrade but paid full price..this was the start to what we had wanted to be a great, relaxing gettaway. my partner and I decided that at almost $*per nite, we deserved to talk with the manager. The matter was quickly remedied by a very apologetic and professional manager. Our next rooms (we stay a lot, which is why we had to mention something about their attitudes and how uncomfortable we felt) at a discount rate plus upgrades. Very appreciative, our stay was great..

  Staff at front desk are extremely polite and helpful. they are very friendly and not snotty or curt like other hotels.
