The rooms seem to have been updated. The mattress topper was excellent. The bathroom is quite small, but functional. Since we were there during off-season, it was relatively quiet. Even so, sound coming through the walls was very evident. In season, I suspect it would have been worse. The lazy river is more like a lazy creek - very small. The continental breakfast is all anyone could want. The major problem I see is the small number of seats available to dine. Even with the 12-15 rooms being occupied, the eating area was packed. Would definitely recommend for off-season occupancy, not sure about in-season.

My fiance and I came down for a quick weekend trip. Booked the hotel expecting it to be ON the ocean. HOWEVER, PART of the hotel is on the ocean, the REST is across the street. This section (the biggest part!) does not even have a view of the ocean. There is a hotel between you and it. The room was VERY clean and more than we expected. It was very nice! However, it would have been nice to know that the WHOLE hotel was not on the ocean. I would have paid more to have been right on the beach.

this was a nice hotel, just a little crowded when you went to continental breakfast.not much room to spread out because there was so many people and not sufficent amount of space there, younger lady wasnt quite as friendly as the older lady was. the older lady was super sweet,but seem understaffed in kitchen area,but overall it was a good stay there.nice atmosphere,but the best was being so close to the beach :)
