We were greeted promptly and with friendly service. The room was a little small, but served its purpose of unwinding at the end of the day and the bed was really comfortable. The next morning we encountered a cold shower and informed the front desk. They apologized for the inconvenience and credited us for the room. Even though we encountered a few issues, they were corrected or we were compensated immediately. I would definitely recommend this place and defintely book there again.

We went on a couples' trip and this hotel was perfect for us! All the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Karen, who checked us in and checked us out, was extremely helpful. She even remembered us in the morning and greeted us with a genuine smile as we were walking towards the desk. She even asked us how our sleep was and our only answer was "Great!" The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, the view was great, and the location was very convenient! I'm picky and notice little things about customer service but I knew it was going to be a great stay before I even got there. I emailed with the hotel a couple of times beforehand and they were very prompt and helpful. I also appreciate the upgrade on our second room!

Very pretty hotel with a fantastic view of the falls! Room space/layout was a bit awkward, but wasn't a huge deal. The one problem that was significant, was the lack of effective air conditioning. The outdoor temperatures were probably around 90 degrees w/high humidity, so understandably the HVAC system was going to be put to the test, but their systems could not handle the demands. It was very stuffy and warm in the hotel, which was difficult for me after a long, hot day of sight seeing. I will admit though that I'm probably pickier than most people in this regard! Overall nice hotel and amenities. Good location.

Very nice hotel located in prime spot to falls and all other activities. Clean property...only concern was the size of the room..I am no means picky however there was literally two feet between the walls and the bed on each side...but we were only in the room to sleep so did not take away enjoyment...breakfast at the upstairs restaurant overlooking the falls...you can't go wrong!
