This is a wonderful location as it is east side and close to the Lexington Ave subway station so you can walk to many great venues and subway to the rest. Very clean and well appointed. Responsive staff. The elevators are a bit slow but that just adds to the charm. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends and colleagues. There was no free WiFi which is a nuisance as I was on business.

My family of four stayed here for four nights over Spring Break. It was a perfect setup, with a separate bedroom for us and a pull out sofa for our daughters. The sofa bed was very comfortable for them, and the evening turndown service even pulled it out for us each night.We had plenty of room. Two large closets. The kitchen was a nice, unexpected surprise and allowed us to keep drinks and snacks in the room. The service was excellent. Every staff member we encountered was courteous and helpful. The location was excellent. Just a few blocks from Rockefeller. Just across the street from the Metro station. Highly recommend this hotel.
