The place hasn't been updated in years, the individual AC units are noisy and doesn't make it to all the parts of the room, specially if you get the suite, the plaster in the bathroom needs to be repaired. My biggest issue with this place, is now you need to pay for everything... $15 parking, $9.95 for internet, This got to be one of the few places left that still charge you extra for internet. the bottle water in the room is not free, if you use it is an additional 3 dollars per bottle. The pool area is clean, the water is at a good temperature but it needs to be cleaned a bit more. On the positive side, this place is about 200 yards from the Disneyland  entrance.

I will keep this simple: We were in room 6105; AC filter is a health hazard and spewed moldy filter particles when turned on; cockroach ran out of bathroom at 3am; street sound was unbearable; squeaky floors from upstairs room; water pipe noises...all night long; dirty 1970s couch; rust in bathtub; popcorn style ceilings; TV sound was horrible; found a long hair on my pillow (not mine);I told these things to front desk who only said, sorry she would tell maintenance and then proceeded to ask how I wanted to pay. Good thing it was only for one night or I would have checked out early.

To start off, I want you to know I travel 75% of the time for my work. I',m a dimond leve with Hilton Honors, Gold SPG, and Gold leve with Mariott, so I know my hotel and the Anabella is NO hotel! We were there for 5 nights and you placed us in room 1119 which is directly under the ice and vending machine. For the first two days, we thought we just had really rude neighbors, which I can still deal with. After the third night at 3AM, I went upstair to ask them to quite down. And there I see the ice machine! I went to the front desk and asked why we where never discolsed that our room was right below the ice machine. I asked to be moved to other room and all I got is, sorry we're booked. After 5 nights of lack of sleepinf and $5000 on this vacation, I will tell all my friends, families, and colleagues to NEVER to at your establisment. I also taken photos of the scratches on the walls, mirror and the broken door lock and has uploaded to all can see under multi reviewed sites.

We had a kids suite, which was great for our family of five. I was also really happy that it included a fridge, but that fridge was super loud (and old) so we had to turn it off at night, since the master bed was in the same room. Great 24 hours service, and great pool! A place I really can recommend for a family with younger kids. Internet was a bit expensive ($50 for 7 days), but fast enough to show Netflix so it was definitely worth it.

We stayed 2 nights and had 2 cars. I paid an extra $84.00 just for parking. I feel strongly that parking needs to be included in the price you are given. I hate having extras added on to the bill; a good deal isn't so good when they are done. Cars were parked all along the red curbs due to lack of parking spaces. It is a good thing there wasn't a need for an emergency vehicle to have access to the parking lot.
