This hotel was fantastic for the price and location. It was within walking distance to many of the Seattle attractions. The customer service was unbelievable. They were always willing to help and made sure you got immediate service. The views weren't great, but then again, we were only there to sleep, the rest of the time we were out sightseeing.

I was visiting some friends in the Seattle area and had an extra day before my flight back. I booked this hotel last minute using the secret hotel feature. It was the hotel that I had hoped for. It's a cute little boutique hotel that was very comfortable and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and transit. The room was comfortable with a nice robe and great bed to unwind from my trip.

Given the location of this hotel, I was surprised and disappointed in it's overall condition. The room was very dated and extremely small. Three of us shared a two bedroom and it was cramped. The bathroom was ridiculously tiny. The elevator is noisy and can be heard in the rooms. Also, the place needs a make over. It gives a general dingy appearance. The redeaming quality is the coffee shop attached on the main floor. The front desk was not particularly friendly. Would not stay there again or mention it to a friend. Quite disappointing.
