This hotel is in the perfect location. It is super quiet and out of the hussel and bussel of true downtown while still being close enough to walk or grab a bus to all the attractions. It is located less than 1 block from the bus route which is extremely convenient. I do wish there were more restaurants in the nearby area but I wouldn't give up the peace and quiet for anything. There are a few restaurants and even Starbucks within a few blocks. I have stayed on union square twice and will never again as it is far too loud day and night in comparison.

This Hotel was a different Experience than the norm. It is located right in the middle of J town or Japan town and has all the comforts of a normal hotel but a Japanese twist to it. We were there for a 2 day weekend and it was one of the better deals to stay in San Fran. It was very clean and the best part was its Very quite Forget about staying at the busy Warf area unless you like all the noise and Tourist stuff. There is a nice selection of Resturants to choose from , lots of sushi bars, Sabo Sabo and Ramien Houses in just walking distance and its conected to the Japanese mall so you never have to go outside if you so choose. Overall We liked it and had a great time and We cant wait to go back.

The hotel is attached to the Japanese center in San Francisco. It is a convenient place to stay and easy to travel to other areas of the city. The hotel is very clean and service is very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is interested in a stay in San Francisco.

I had a great stay at this location. I was surprised by the decor and how safe I felt given it was my first time staying at a downtown location. The rooms where comfortable, nice and quiet and the staff was very helpful in giving me ideas of places to visit. Overall, a great experience and will recommend.

I booked rooms in this hotel for business and spent two nights. I found it on recommendation of a friend who had lived in San Francisco his whole life. It couldn't have been a better suggestion. It's just slightly off the beaten path but just a 10 minute bus ride to downtown. I especially liked the Japanese bathroom in the rooms and the spa located on site. In two days I really think Hotel Kabuki helped me get a sense of what SF is really like. Highly recommended.
