Hotel location is excellent, clean and luxurious in appearance. Great price for hotel stay and offers a great amount of snack/fruit bar, in hotel restuarant, small 2-room gym, gift shop and shuttle/limo service. Would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

That was the first time that I visited this hotel and I was liked the hotel. Excellent service, cleanlines, location, confortable rooms, etc. If in a future I will return to Los Angeles, is probably will go to this hotel. Thank you.

VALET: at arrival I sat in my car for almost 5 minutes while waiting for the bellman/valet to come open my door since you have to pay for valet I figure, the service would be on it. I stared and watched the two valet chat the entire time at the bell stand. I then got out and got my own luggage out of the trunk. This is unacceptable. INSPECT YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE! We parked our car when we arrived and never needed it until we departed. After departing I discovered that they had hit the side mirror and broken it. The front desk staff was wonderful, very accomidating and helpful. The coffee bar was great! Used it each morning. Room service person over the phone was verbially unprofessional but the server and the food was great. The room was FILTHY! Vents full of dust, carpets stained, paint pealing off in the bathroom, bathroom was disgusting and I refused to take my shoes off. The wi-fi was a joke. Never worked. The pool area is nice, but needs to be powerwashed. It would be advisable to leave ash trays on the pool deck since everyone from the event space goes out there to smoke.

GOOD LOCATION, A LITTLE OLD
