  The room was supposed to be non-smoking, it wasn't. There was old cigarette box in the kitchen indicating to me that the room was not thoroughly cleaned before our stay. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The sheets and blankets were not soft and the bed was extremely hard as well. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast and I called the front desk to find out why the breakfast wasn't out an hour after it should have been and a man who was sleeping answered and told me he wasn't feeling well and the breakfast wasn't going to be put out that day. VERY unprofessional and very unsatisfied with my stay.

  TV only has about 15 stations (most of them news, sports and a 24/7 infomercial channel). While they had Showtime, TNT, TBS and some of the local stations (not all of them), they had no Food Network, Lifetime, A&E, Bravo, etc. Even basic cable has more stations. They claim they gave me a nonsmoking room but entire hotel floor reeked of cigarette smoke. My room's curtains and carpet also reeked of cigarettes. Curtains had lots of brown spots on them. There was trash on the kitchen floor that hadn't been cleared. Bed was comfortable and they had armchair in room which was nice. There's only 1 elevator and it's a slow one. Room was very quiet and I didn't hear noises from other rooms. Personnel were courteous.
