The hotel has easy access to some of the shopping places within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. Didn't really care to pay extra for the strip view, so a view up on the 21st floor facing the pool and the mountains were good enough for me. The only downside to the hotels in Vegas is the resort fee that really brings down the value for the money.

I always stay here when I go to Las Vegas. It's a great location on the new strip, has great restaurants(of all varieties), and is relatively affordable. The rooms are spacious and provide all the amenities that I need (although you don't end up spending that much time in the room anyhow in Vegas :) ). Would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We were shocked to see trash on the floor when we got in in our room. I'm pretty sure that they did not vacuumed the room after customers checkout. Second day, still the same. Carpet is dirty! I did not expect that from Monte Carlo Hotel when it comes to cleanliness. Coffee maker is not working. I did not bother to report because I don't have time to deal with all these things. Very surprising, very interesting....thinking its Monte Carlo Hotel! Paging team member concerned!!
