The first room we were in had urine in the carpet and the desk manager dismissed my complaints and stated housekeeping just shampooed that spot. Well needless to say we smelled urine all night. Well shift change and there was a worker named Eric that took care of us right away no problems or excuses. He moved us into a nice fresh and clean room. Hats off to Eric!!!!

Went here to get married stayed in a suite, planned on only staying 5 days wound up extending my stay to 10 days. Very nice hotel, ran into some confusion but front desk eventually made sure everything was corrected. Only downfall you pay extra $20 per day for hotel expenses but internet is not in rooms.

  • Great place to stay for the price

Hello Dolls & Kens! If you're planning a trip to Las Vegas, you'll enjoy every day of your stay after I list these details! I stayed at the Monte Carlo in a Spa Suite for 5 days, if this is your first time please spend the few extra dollars to upgrade. The hot tub in your living room will be a rewarding perk after long days of tourist activities! There is also less traffic, and the floors are extremely clean! Do not order room service in the morning! The breakfast downstairs is much cheaper, you'll save about $10-15 dollars walking down to the Cafe'! Also only order one cup of cofee, and share the pot with others. There's an affordable Food Court inside the hotel to eat on a budget like McDonalds, Subway, Sharro Pizza, and Chinese Food. If you choose to upgrade to gourmet meals, you can try the Brand Restaurant, the prices are high with small portions but I promise you'll enjoy the food. If you decide to try your lady/man luck to gamble-try playing Wheel of Fortune! I won $350.00 after playing that game my entire 5 days! When the waitress stops by, make sure you order a Whisky Sour! You'll enjoy those the best, the other drinks are watered down in my opinion. If you want to experience the strip, I would reccomend taking a nice pair of comfy shoes. Buy bottle water and stay hydrated. Make sure you take a nice sweater to keep you warm in the evenings. The strip is about 3 miles long, and tons of hotels to walk in and out of. I wore open toe flats during my entire stay! Some of my other favorite hotels were Planet Holloywood, Cosmopolitan, Venetian, anad the Bellagio! Make sure you plan a Grand Canyon Tour! Try to book it before you go, once you reach to Las Vegas the prices for shows, tours, and everything else gets confusing and you might get confused and ripped off in the process of trying to figure out everything at the same time. Wear sneakers if you decide to visit the Grand Canyon! Its one of the Seven Wonders of the world, so there's no excuses why you shouldn't go. You can take a helicopter ride, vessel, or bus! You decide what's best for you! The bus ride was extremely rocky but I saw a coyete! I ended my trip sun bathing in the Monte Carlo's Pool! You'll love the natural waves either in the mail pool or the outside pool. I hope this was enough information for you! Have fun, and go win some cash at the Monte Carlo! CaribbeanCuttie

the pros are the location on the strip is perfect, the smell when you walk in the casino is wonderful and the pool is nice. The cons are the resort fee you unexpectedly have to pay per night and for what i have no idea. Also, there is no wi-fi in your room and the rooms could stand to be updated.
