My wife and I were just at Monte Carlo in Sept. for our first anniversary. We decided to return to benefit from off season travel prices. Honestly, had a great time. Food in restaurants and room service was consistantly good. Dinged Buffet even though we passed on it (they deservedthe ding from last time, it was that bad). Our room was always turned and cleaned, and the last night the new person did an outstanding job. The best feature has to be the in-room jacuzzi spa. We used it all the time, and really makes for a relaxing trip. Would recommend the Monte Carlo (avoid the buffet!).
